Late Akwa Ibom First Lady, Mrs. Patience Umo Eno

Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, has expressed sympathy with the government and people of Akwa Ibom State over the loss of Mrs. Patience Umo Eno, the Governor’s wife, who passed away on Thursday.

In a condolence message, Governor Ododo conveyed his shock and sadness at the demise of Akwa Ibom’s First Lady, acknowledging her instrumental role in bolstering Governor Umo Eno’s administration since taking office over a year ago

In a statement issued by Ismaila Isah, Media Special Adviser to the Governor, the Kogi State Governor praised Mrs. Patience Umo Eno for being a supportive spouse, mother, and grandmother, whose charitable projects have made a significant difference in the lives of many women and disadvantaged persons in Akwa Ibom.

Governor Ododo offered heartfelt condolences, praying for the peaceful repose of Mrs. Umo Eno’s soul and divine solace for her family and the people of Akwa Ibom State during this time of bereavement.

The statement further stated that late Mrs Patience Umo Eno died on Thursday at the age of 57 after a brief illness.
