To address concerns regarding the stigmatization of individuals with Sickle Cell anaemia, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, recently established a foundation aimed at promoting awareness about the disease.

Professor Ogbo Usman stated that the launch of the foundation was part of his 52nd birthday celebration held at Kay Galaxy Event Centre in Lokoja, Kogi State.
