Reality TV show, SSN Naija, showcases Nigeria’s cultural heritage

SS Naija, a reality TV show, is primarily promoting morals and wholesome content suitable for viewers. The organisers conceptualised an initiative to bring the youths together and foster unity through cultural expression.
Project state coordinators will conduct auditions in various states, after which two youths, one male and one female, will be selected to represent their states.
The finalist will be provided accommodation in an epic setting that features traditional huts and teaches the cultural heritage of various ethnic groups, including the Igbos, Hausas, Yoruba, Fulanis, Egbira, Ibibio, and Igala, while the South South region will have representation and participants will be accorded royal treatment.
They will possess a deep understanding of their cultural heritage.
During their time together in camp, they will form a unified nation, exchanging moral values and building relationships, without regard to their diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
They will dine on and learn the art of preparing various native dishes from other cultures. They will receive diverse tasks to earn points, ensuring their stay in the house and avoiding eviction, while viewers will have the opportunity to vote for their preferred contestants representing their respective states.
The eviction process will continue until three finalist from different states remain on the last day of the search. At that point, these states will be sent to a jungle, where the Trophy of Unity, representing the unity of our nation, will be hidden. The state that retrieves the trophy will be declared the strongest state in Nigeria, and the governor will be honored with the title of Custodian of Nigeria’s Unity throughout the year.
The successful contestants will be awarded cash prizes in the millions, vehicles, and a peace and unity ambassadorial endorsement for one year valued at millions of naira.
This program will air on Africa Magic Epic, NTA, AIT, and other television stations. It will also be streamed online via the project website and our social media pages.
The organisers will assemble various ethnic groups in the country for a mega cultural exhibition through the reality show, by promoting unity to the entire country and world at Large.
It is an endeavor that will engage and empower the youths, enabling them to support the development of a unified Nigeria.
The organisers expressed regret that Nigerian culture is nearly extinct, but this show will revive it, noting that half of the nation’s problems will be resolved.
