Nasarawa’s College of Health Sciences and Technology matriculates 140 students

The College of Health Science and Technology, Masaka, Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, has formally admitted 180 students for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The matriculation ceremony held at the college auditorium was attended by dignitaries from various walks of life.

Chief Registrar Emmanuel Lohfa presided over the oath of allegiance ceremony, officially accepting the matriculating students into the college family.

He noted that out of 180 candidates who sought admission, 140 were offered admission to study various courses, and advised the students to shun social vices, focus on their studies, and become good ambassadors of the college.

Mr. Ishola Josiah, Provost of the college, appreciated the support of the governing council and staff, urging students to project the college’s image positively.

Mr. Isaac Afaleokhan, Bursar of the college, commended the management staff for standardizing the college and advised students to work hard to make their parents proud.

Some of the students interviewed expressed gratitude to the management for the opportunity and promised to put in more effort to achieve excellence in their academic pursuits.

In their goodwill messages, some of the invited guests, lauded the proprietress of the jubilation College of health sciences and technology, to maintaining the standard.

The matriculation ceremony featured the official taking of the matriculation oath by the newly admitted students and the launch of the college magazine by dignitaries.
