The Olamaboro council chairman commended Governor Ododo for exceeding his eight-year target within one year in office, highlighting the Governor’s achievements in prompt payment of workers’ salaries, security, healthcare, agriculture, and education.

According to him, the meeting aimed to bring party members together to make amends, unite, and promote progress through mutual agreement, and to acknowledge their support during the local government council elections.

Comr Williams thanked everyone present for their substantial attendance within the brief notice period, observing that it reflects the people’s devotion to the APC party and the leadership of Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo. He pledged that all issues addressed would be correctly channeled to the appropriate quarters for proper consideration and swift action.

emphasized the importance of unity and putting individual grievances aside to rebuild the party’s fractured relationships.

He noted that everyone present had contributed to the party’s victory and should not allow a few individuals to deprive them of the opportunity to reap the benefits of their hard work.

While urging them to focus on strengthening party unity, addressing local concerns, and strategizing for future elections, this gesture likely stems from the governor’s efforts to support local governments in Kogi State, promoting development and growth.

Erico further stated that effective collaboration between local government officials and stakeholders can lead to more inclusive decision-making processes and better representation of community interests.

During the meeting, representatives from the 10 Wards in Olamaboro LGA, as well as stakeholders, outlined the challenges facing their various Wards and residents, and similarly expressed their dissatisfaction and complaints for amicable solution
