Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, representing the Kogi West Senatorial District, is recognized for his focus on enhancing the well-being of his constituents through various initiatives.
In a gesture of appreciation, Rukayat Suleiman, a constituent and avid supporter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and President of the renowned Unique Ladies Association Lokoja, has commended the Kogi West Senator for his unwavering commitment and dedication to alleviating the plight of his people by providing quality representation via dividends of democracy across all seven local government areas comprising Kogi West.
Speaking on Wednesday, Suleiman said that the Unique Ladies Association, her NGO, provides assistance and support to underprivileged groups, including orphanage homes, widows, school children, and also works towards empowering women in the society.
The association President acknowledged with appreciation that Senator Sunday Karimi has consistently delivered on his promises to his constituents since taking office in 2023, and urged support for his re-election bid to ensure continued representation.
Rukayat Suleiman specially expressed gratitude to the Senator for awarding multi-billion naira contracts to provide clean drinking water across communities, while his support for students was unparalleled, disbursing over one hundred million naira as scholarship grants, and economically empowering women with 100,000 naira each.
“We are satisfied with Senator Karimi’s sincerity and prudence, we now have a Senator that is ready to represent his people.”
She assured the Senator that Unique Ladies Association Lokoja, her group, is on the ground to promote Karimi’s programmes and policies to the people of Kogi West District.
