Breaking News: Delta NIPR elects Oghenesivbe, Bureau Chief, as PR Executive
Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Director General of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, has been elected and sworn-in as the Public Relations Executive of the Delta State chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR). This role leverages his extensive experience in communication strategy and public relations, further solidifying his position as a key figure in Delta State’s public service and communications landscape
NIPR is the only professional body saddled with the responsibility of regulating the practice of Public Relations in Nigeria, since 1963.
Oghenesivbe at the Oath taking ceremony during the 2025 Congress of the State Chapter of NIPR in Asaba, on Wednesday, promise to serve members and the Institute without blemish.
He thanked a Senior Fellow of the Institute, Chief Emma Ogidi and other members who elected him unopposed.
