Andrew Lucky Elerewe of Aiben Properties LTD is accused of land grabbing despite a court judgment against him
Andrew Lucky Elerewe, Managing Director of Aiben Properties Ltd (also known as Aiben Kapital Properties), along with Mr. Tunde Ajunwo, has been implicated in a serious land grabbing and property destruction incident in Sabon Lugbe, FCT, Abuja.
Despite a subsisting court judgment and a valid warrant of possession issued by the FCT High Court in favor of Onos International Ltd, Elerewe and Ajunwo, accompanied by police officers, forcefully entered and demolished properties worth millions of Naira on the disputed land at Plot 1994, Sabon Lugbe East, Abuja.
This occurred on multiple occasions in 2025, including April 15, May 19, and May 23. Workers of Onos International Ltd were unlawfully arrested and detained during these incidents.
