Kogi State Youths prepare to Elect New NYCN Executive, Support Boss Al-Mustapha Ismail as Chairman
By Yahaya Idris, Lokoja
The people of Kogi State are widely recognized for their peaceful conduct, a quality that shines through at the local, national, and international levels.
This spirit of harmony is particularly evident among the youth, who are now preparing to elect new executive members for the Kogi State chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).

The election aims to fill the vacant positions following the expiration of the current executive team led by Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale.
Among the candidates, the youths—who are well-versed in the council’s activities—have expressed strong support for Comrade Boss Al-Mustapha Ismail.

The immediate past Adavi Local Government NYCN Coordinator and Forum Chairman, Comrade Ismail brings a wealth of experience from his various roles within the council.
His candidacy is seen as a promising opportunity to advance the council’s objectives and foster meaningful development through a collaborative relationship with the Kogi State Government.

Comrade Boss Al-Mustapha Ismail has pledged that, if elected, his administration will be inclusive and impactful, working diligently to create positive change for the youth of Kogi State.
