The Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau Ph.D., has mobilized his constituents in Kokona Local Government Area and called on citizens across the state to fully participate in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) membership e-registration exercise.
According to a statement issued by Jibrin Gwamna, Chief Press Secretary to Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Jatau made this appeal after registering in the Kokona LGA alongside notable figures including his wife, Mrs. Theresa Kaka Danladi, and the Administrator of Agwada Area Administrative Council.
He stressed that the e-registration is essential for individuals to become bonafide APC members, enabling them to actively contribute to the party’s development, as well as the progress of Nasarawa State and Nigeria at large.
According to the Speaker, the digital platform aims to strengthen APC’s internal structures by producing a credible, error-free membership register, which is crucial for effective data management and future political activities.
“I want to use this opportunity to call on those who wish to join our party to register in their best interest and for the overall development of the state and the country at large,” Jatau declared.
He further urged the people of Nasarawa State to register en masse with the APC, assuring them of more democratic dividends and improved governance under the current administration.
The Speaker also rallied support for Governor Abdullahi Sule’s leadership, encouraging residents to back the administration’s efforts for continued success.
Jatau reaffirmed his commitment to providing quality representation and strong leadership to his constituents and the state, positioning himself as a bridge between the people and progressive governance.
This initiative reflects APC’s strategy to modernize its membership processes through technology, with Nasarawa’s leadership taking the forefront.
Nasarawa Political observers note that such grassroots mobilization could enhance party loyalty and streamline operations ahead of future elections.
