APC Sets Deadline, Lists Requirements for Nasarawa Assembly Aspirants

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reiterated the need for aspirants seeking seats in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly to comply strictly with guidelines for the submission of their Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms.

In a statement issued on May 3, 2026, by the State Publicity Secretary, Augustine Ogaba, the party provided a comprehensive checklist of documents required from all aspirants.

The APC directed that each aspirant must submit ten copies of recent passport photographs, academic and professional certificates, birth certificate or declaration of age, detailed curriculum vitae, Permanent Voter’s Card, and party membership registration card.

Additionally, aspirants are to include the original bank teller, affidavit advertisement or deed poll where necessary, as well as evidence of payment of party dues.

The party noted that submission of completed forms is already in progress at the State Party Secretariat in Lafia and will officially close at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
