The College particularly highlighted the administration’s extensive infrastructure drive, including the construction and rehabilitation of strategic roads, bridges and flyovers aimed at improving transportation, boosting economic activities and enhancing connectivity within urban and rural communities.
The group noted that the governor’s implementation of the MORE Agenda has brought renewed development momentum to the state, adding that the administration has remained focused on advancing meaningful opportunities for residents through inclusive governance and sustainable policies.
“The governor has shown exceptional commitment to the development of Delta State through prudent economic management, infrastructural transformation and policies that continue to positively impact the lives of the people,” the statement read.

They also praised the administration’s fiscal discipline and efforts toward maintaining a stable and buoyant economy despite prevailing national economic challenges.
The College expressed optimism that the governor’s developmental strides would continue to position Delta State among the leading states in Nigeria in terms of infrastructure growth, governance and socio-economic advancement.
“As His Excellency marks three years in office on May 29, 2026, we pray that God grants him greater wisdom, strength, sound health and continued success in the service of Delta State and humanity,” the statement added.
Governor Oborevwori assumed office on May 29, 2023, and his administration has continued to pursue policies anchored on the MORE Agenda, which focuses on meaningful development, opportunities for all, realistic reforms and enhanced peace and security across the state.
