Blueprint of Progress, Heart of Service: Kogi Research Office Celebrates DG Moses Okezie on Birthday
The management and staff of the Kogi State Office of Research and Development (KORD), alongside the editorial team of the Kogi State Referral Compendium, have celebrated the Director-General of the agency, Moses Okezie-Okafor, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message issued on Tuesday, by Blessing Julius Ele-Ojo, Managing Editor of the Kogi State Referral Compendium, on behalf of the Kogi State Office of Research and Development, the team described Barr. Okezie-Okafor as an exceptional leader whose administrative brilliance, humility, and commitment to human capacity development have continued to inspire excellence within the agency.
According to the statement, the Director-General has provided visionary leadership that has repositioned KORD as a strategic hub for research and policy development in Kogi State.
The statement noted that under his leadership, public sector research has become increasingly central to governance, helping to translate the development agenda of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo into data-driven and sustainable policy frameworks aimed at improving the welfare of citizens across the state.
The celebrants further praised Barr. Okezie-Okafor for his dedication to service, describing him as a mentor who leads with wisdom, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.
They also offered prayers for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, sound health, and peace upon his life as he continues to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the state.
