Kogi CBM Announces Solidarity Rally for Tinubu, Ododo’s 2027 Re-election Bid
The City Boy Movement, in collaboration with residents of Igalamela-Odolu Local Government Area of Kogi State, has announced plans to stage a peaceful solidarity rally in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo ahead of their 2027 re-election bids.
The rally, organized by the Igalamela-Odolu chapter of the movement, is aimed at demonstrating support for the administration of President Tinubu and the developmental strides of the Federal Government, as well as Governor Ododo’s leadership in Kogi State.
With the theme, “Enough Is Enough: Allow Tinubu to Work,” the solidarity rally is scheduled to hold on July 4, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Participants are expected to converge at the APC Party Secretariat in Ajaka before embarking on a peaceful procession across the area.
According to the organizers, the rally is intended to showcase public support for the policies and programmes of the Tinubu administration while promoting national unity, peace, and constructive civic engagement.
They also called on supporters, party faithful, and members of the public to participate in an orderly and peaceful manner, stressing the need to uphold democratic values and sustain efforts aimed at national development, good governance, and continued progress.
