Alliance of North Central Youth Appoints Dr. Safiya S. Musa as Matron
The Alliance of North Central Youth (ANCY) has appointed Dr. Safiya S. Musa, National Deputy Director (North) of the APC Professional Women Council, as the Matron of the organization.
The appointment, according to the group, is in recognition of Dr. Musa’s leadership qualities, commitment to youth and women empowerment, and dedication to promoting good governance, national unity, and sustainable development, particularly across the North Central region.
Announcing the appointment, the National Coordinator of ANCY, Comrade Gabriel Joshua Ojochegbe, described Dr. Musa as a distinguished leader whose experience, integrity, and passion for public service would add value to the organization’s mission of mobilising young people for national development.
He said Dr. Musa had consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to advancing the interests of women and youths, expressing confidence that her appointment would strengthen the organization’s activities.
“Dr. Safiya S. Musa has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the advancement of women, youths, and the nation. We are honoured to welcome her as the Matron of the Alliance of North Central Youth,” Ojochegbe said.
Responding to the appointment, Dr. Musa expressed gratitude to the leadership of ANCY for the confidence reposed in her.
She pledged to support the organisation’s efforts in empowering young people, promoting peace, and advancing the objectives of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda through constructive youth engagement.
The Alliance of North Central Youth reaffirmed its commitment to building strategic partnerships with credible leaders and stakeholders to promote a united, prosperous, and youth-driven Nigeria.
