High Chief Kestin Pondi, FNSE, Managing Director of Tantita Security Services, and Engr. Michael Anoka, FNSE, Delta State Commissioner for Power and Energy, have successfully completed their final thesis defence for Ph.D. degrees in Public Administration at the University of Benin.
The two senior professionals completed their doctoral programmes at the Department of Public Administration after several years of academic work, research and examination.
Their successful defence followed a rigorous process involving departmental and faculty-level assessments, culminating in presentations and examinations before internal and external examiners.
At the conclusion of the exercise, the examiners certified that Pondi and Anoka had fulfilled the academic requirements for the award of Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Public Administration.
The achievement represents a significant milestone in the careers of the two professionals, who have continued to balance demanding responsibilities with academic advancement.
Pondi’s responsibilities as Managing Director of Tantita Security Services require extensive professional commitment, while Anoka is actively involved in the administration of Delta State as Commissioner for Power and Energy.
Despite these responsibilities, both men remained committed to completing their doctoral studies.
Their accomplishment highlights the importance of intellectual development among professionals operating in business, government and public administration.
