Nasarawa lawmakers celebrate speaker, pledges united Assembly.
Members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly today Monday wine and dine as they celebrate their Speaker, RT. Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi who clocks 58 years on Sunday, 14th Feb. 2021.
The lawmakers who converged at the speaker’s office cut the cake and toast to the wine while they wished the speaker more rewarding years ahead in good health, protection, guidance and wisdom to continued to lead them aright.
The lawmakers expressed their commitment to work as one united family and partner the executive arm for peace, unity and speedy development of the state.
Hon Umar Tanko Tunga, the Majority Leader of the House who spoke on behalf of his colleagues commended the speaker for his purposeful leadership and called for its substance.
Tunga who described the Speaker as an outstanding leader, assured of members readiness to give him their maximum support at all times to succeed.
The speaker, who appreciated his colleagues for the show of love, reaffirmed his continued determination to carry every one along and operates an open door policy that will enhance peace, stability and progress of the institution.
The Nasarawa State Number three citizen thanked staff of the House, the media, friends and well wishers within and outside the state, who shared with him at his birthday.
