Southeast chieftain, Otuwe Kalu Oji tasks Abia APC members on unity

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress from the southeast, Hon Otuwe Kalu Oji has sued for unity among members in the state chapter of the party.
He commended the current move by loyal members to galvanize all interest groups and restore lasting peace and togetherness of all leaders and critical stakeholders in the state.
Otuwe Kalu Oji who was also a former Abia State House of Assembly hopeful during the concluded 2023 election, made the commendation in a statement on Tuesday.
This came in reaction to the recent call on the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress by the critical Abia stakeholders to resolve the internal squabbles ravaging the state party chapter.
According to the stalwart, “we cannot achieve total victory in future elections under the atmosphere of disunity,” insisting that aggrieved leaders and their supporters must jettison rancour to enable APC to win elections and form governments at all levels in Abia state.
Oji commended the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Honorable Benjamin Kalu and the lawmaker representing Abia north district in the Nigerian senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu for their effective representation of respective constituencies and Abia state at large in the national assembly.
He further lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration for its economic policies aimed at mitigating the inflations at all levels and naira devaluation as well as curbing insecurity ravaging many parts of the country.

The renowned business mogul however called on the people of southeast and Nigerians to remain steadfast in their support to the present federal government as it’s committed to ensuring economic and infrastructural stability to Nigerian citizens.
