Kogi Agric Commissioner Congratulates APC Flag Bearers, Calls for Unity

Kogi State Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. Timothy Ojoma, has congratulated candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who emerged victorious in the party’s primary elections for various elective positions across the state.

In a statement made available to journalists in Lokoja, Hon. Ojoma described the victories of the APC flag bearers as a reflection of the people’s will and their continued confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda of the APC-led administration.

The commissioner called on party faithful across the three senatorial districts of the state to close ranks and work together in the overall interest of the party ahead of future elections.

He stressed the need for unity, cooperation and sincerity among party members, noting that politics should not be driven by personal ambition but by collective commitment to the growth and success of the party.

According to him, “With cooperation and sincerity, there should be neither winner nor loser in politics. The interest of the party must always supersede individual ambitions.”

Hon. Ojoma further stated that the APC administration has continued to maintain impressive records in human capital development and the delivery of democratic dividends across the state.

He assured party supporters that no loyal member of the APC would be left out in the scheme of things, adding that the party remained committed to inclusive governance and rewarding dedication.

The commissioner also expressed confidence in the capacity of the party’s flag bearers to deliver quality representation at both the state and national assemblies, describing many of them as experienced politicians with proven leadership credentials.
