How to apply for Sen Karimi Sunday Steve’s bursary, available for Kogi West students

Furtherance to the efforts and commitment of Distinguished Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District of Kogi State towards ensuring that students across Kogi West are assisted in their quest towards acquiring quality education by alleviating the challenges faced particularly funding.

The sum of One Hundred Million Naira (₦100,000,000) yearly Students Bursary promised by Senator Sunday Steve Karimi will be opened for Registration by Applicants across the District on Monday, 22nd July, 2024. This is available to all Kogi West Students in Public Tertiary Institutions (Undergraduates) across the Country.

Any application made before Monday, 22nd July will be voided and the applicant(s) disqualified. It is worthy to also note that the Registration will close on the 19th August, 2024. After this period, nobody would have the opportunity to apply again. We enjoin every interested students in any higher institutions of learning that are Indigenes of Kogi West to seize this opportunity and apply within the timeframe provided.

The Students’ Bursary Application Steps are as follows:

1. All applicants are advised to visit sundaykarimi.org
2. Once on the Website, on the Menu bar, select the “Student Bursary” and Click “Signup”
3. You will be taken to the application form page; ensure that you fill all the fields that are mandatory (*), otherwise your application will not be accepted. It is advised to complete all the fields.
4. Once you have completed your application, you will receive a verification link to your email provided by you, click the verification link to complete your registration.
5. Once verified, you will have an application dashboard, all applicants that are found eligible will be notified on their dashboard. So, ensure to check your dashboard periodically by Logging In with your username/email and password.
6. Any further information or questions will be provided via the DSSK Media Team
7. An applicant is advised to submit just one application only. Any double application is an automatic disqualification.
8. Remember, the total number of beneficiaries for this year are 1,000 students.
9. After screenings of all the applicants must have been completed by the Bursary Committee, successful applicants will be communicated for necessary actions.
