It is no longer in doubt that the intention of Mazi Emmanuel Uche, popularly known as “Okwoto”, to join the chairmanship race under the labour party (LP) in the forthcoming LG council area election is couched on his popularity, capacity, character and competence to deliver good democratic dividends to the people and on the clarion call on him by the majority of the people of the five clans in Arochukwu LGA to join the race.
Giving credence to their call and choice of Mazi Emmanuel Uche to become the next elected chairman of Arochukwu LGA, the people of Arochukwu LGA attested that the Amuvi-born politician, a business mogul and philanthropist has the requisite capacity to interface with Abia State Governor to engender development through execution of meaningful infrastructural projects in every part of Arochukwu LGA communities.
While also adducing the rationale behind their resolve, the people affirmed that Okwuoto had demonstrated unwavering commitment towards the success of the LP in the current democratic process in Abia state. Consequently after some consultation with some critical stakeholders in Aro LGA , many prevailed on him to join the chairmanship race in order to help complement the wonderful works Dr Alex Chioma Otti-led administration is doing in Arochukwu LGA in particular and Abia state in general.

Together, we will create opportunities for our youth, empower our women, and support our people in ensuring that Aro LGA remains a beacon of hope and progress for the joy of all.
“Our community is blessed with rich culture and history and we will capitalize on that to attract tourism as a lucrative business to Arochukwu.
