The Chairman of Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria (MOUN) in- charge of Lokoja local government area, Mallam Abubakar Abdulrahman, aka baba Sonti, has congratulated kogi state executive Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, his deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, his cabinet and people of Kogi state on the resounding Apex Court judgement affirming him as the duly winner of the November 11, 2023 kogi state governorship election.
Mallam Abdulrahman, in an official reaction to the Highest Court Judgement upholding the mandate of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo as judgement served, adjudication geared towards deepening democracy, rule of law and continuation of good governance of the state.
The chairman Lokoja local government area’s chapter of the motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria [MOUN], explained that the hurdles and inundate legal battle is over, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo will henceforth approach governance with dexterity and vigour.
Mallam Abubakar Abdulrahman [baba Sonti], having taken a clinical assessment of the performances of the Governor in the last eight months gave him a first class score for uplifting and bring pro -people -human and infrastructural projects which are empirical and a cynosure for all eyes to see.
“The good news we are receiving from the twenty one areas indicates that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo administration in paying one hundred percent salary to workers, state workers the same, while Social amenities are being delivered to the grass roots to stimulate economic growth”,Baba Sonti noted.
” I appeal to the closers in the contest to demonstrate a high spirits of sportsmanship to have a rethink by collapsing their knowledge, ideas and innovations to Ododo led administration for the common good of the state”,
Mallam Abubakar Abdulrahman, equally congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the totality of the people of the state as kogi state commemorates her creation thirty three years ago saying that it is a project in progress and hailed the Governor for putting it on the map of sustainable growth and development.
He pray God almighty to grant Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, comrade Joel Salifu, and his cabinet members the renewed vigour, strength, wisdom, knowledge and sound health in the herculean task to jump start the rapid growth and development of the state and making it enviable for all and sundry.
