Ugya electoral ward stakeholders, led by former APC chairmanship aspirant and two-term councilor Hon. Baba Yahaya Mohammed Keke, described the emergence of the former Health Commissioner as Toto LG Chairman as purely divine and expressed willingness to team up with him to develop Toto LG.

Alhaji Keke, a distinguished two-term former councilor, led a contingent of Ugya Community stakeholders in paying a courtesy call to the Chairman, extending heartfelt congratulations and pledging steadfast support.
