Haakyav Peter champions the youth’s cause; he is not fighting politicians in Benue
I applaud Haakyav Tombu Peter for his audacity and poignant voice in advocating for Benue State’s youth, as evident in his live videos, achieving what has eluded numerous young individuals in the state since democracy’s reinstatement.
If only we had 10 fearless Haakyav in Benue who would speak the truth, we wouldn’t be where we are today. It’s hard to find any youth in the state who will boldly and eloquently speak up for the benefit of others.

I find it deeply disappointing and unwise that some respected youths, presumed to prioritize the well-being of others, have chosen to assail Haakyav Peter for his candid remarks. What’s baffling is that he’s speaking our native language, yet some of you appear not to understand his message; had he produced the videos in other languages, the situation would be different.
Haakyav Peter is advocating for the youth in Benue State, driven by altruism rather than personal gain. As a successful entrepreneur, it’s unlikely he would solicit politicians for appointments or business opportunities.
If the past civilian governors did what Haakyav Peter is asking for now, we the Youths would have gone far now. Ask yourself this question: why is it that we the Youths go to other states searching for greener pastures? It is because there are no companies nor business links here in our state from those will look up to.
Sen. Dr. George Akume, SGF, Sen. Dr. Torwua Gabriel Suswam, and Dr. Samuel Ortom’s efforts have been insufficient. Consequently, Haakyav Peter is imploring Rev. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia to assume leadership.
What Haakyav Peter is asking for, is not for his own selfish interests but for the interest of all Benue Youths. If you hate him may be you have something different in mind but on this course I think he’s on the right path. Let’s stop defending our political leaders when there are so many for them to do and they’ve not done.

Governor Alia is making concerted efforts; thus, let’s offer our support and convey Haakyav Peter’s message to him. This is a sincere appeal and a representation of the voiceless. No animosity is intended.
