Bingham University Set to Hold 6th Convocation Ceremony and 20th Anniversary Celebration

Bingham University is gearing up to host its 6th Convocation Ceremony and 20th Anniversary Celebration. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the University Chapel.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, prof. Haruna Ayuba Kuje, disclosed this during the press conference, held at the Senate building of the University, Auta Balefi, Karu Local Government Area, on Tuesday.
According to Prof. Kuje, this momentous occasion provides an opportunity for the University to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of its graduating students, showcase its achievements, and unveil a commemorative book, “Bingham University @ 20,” marking its two decades of growth and development.
Giving the Convocation Ceremony Details, the vice Chancellor, revealed that ceremony started on Sunday with the special church prayer, the sport activities would take place on Wednesday while the convocation lecture will hold on Friday and the main event which is the convocation will be on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at University Chapel by 9:am.
He said a total of 1,576 students will be graduating, including 1116 undergraduate students and 460 postgraduate students.
The University will award degrees in various disciplines, including PhD, Academic Masters, Professional Masters, and Postgraduate Diploma.
A commemorative book, “Bingham University @ 20,” will be unveiled during the ceremony. The book highlights the University’s two decades of growth and development and will be sold at a minimum cost of ₦20,000.
