Delta Bureau DG, Oghenesivbe, Inducted as Distinguished Fellow of IIEPEA Canada-Nigeria

The Director-General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Esq., has been inducted into the Canadian Hall of Fame as a Distinguished Fellow of the International Institute of Experts on Political Economy and Administration (IIEPEA).
The International Institute of Experts on Political Economy and Administration (IIEPEA) is a globally recognized institution dedicated to promoting knowledge, research, and professional development in its field, with registrations in Canada and Nigeria.
The Registrar of the Institute, Prof. Hephzibah Suobo, disclosed that Dr. Oghenesivbe successfully completed the mandatory 35-hour advanced modules in Administrative Management Strategy required of aspiring Distinguished Fellows, designed to rigorously assess participants’ multitasking abilities, problem-solving competence, and critical reasoning skills.
Suobo, a Professor of Climate Diplomacy, International Relations, and Multilateral Policy, disclosed that Dr. Oghenesivbe’s elevation to the prestigious Distinguished Fellowship category was in recognition of his sound academic background in multifaceted disciplines, outstanding contributions to the advancement of knowledge in Public Administration and International Affairs, expertise in Political Economy, Law, Good Governance Advocacy, and Communication Strategy Management spanning over two decades and counting.
In his response, Dr. Oghenesivbe expressed profound gratitude to the Institute for conferring on him its highest membership status. He thanked God Almighty and appreciated the Executive President of IIEPEA, Prof. Tunji John Asaolu, as well as members of the international Governing Council, for finding him worthy of the honour.
The Bureau Director-General pledged to uphold and project the banner of IIEPEA with utmost integrity, while sustaining and defending the Institute’s international reputation in line with its ethical standards.
Dr. Oghenesivbe also expressed appreciation to his political leader and employer, the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for providing the platform for human capacity development that has enabled him to contribute meaningfully to public service and humanitarian development across various spheres of human endeavour.
An accomplished academic and legal practitioner, Dr. Oghenesivbe holds a professional doctorate in Strategic Communication and Information Management Strategy, alongside four academic degrees from the University of Lagos. These include a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs, a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication, and a Bachelor of Laws degree.
He also possesses a Postgraduate Professional Barrister-at-Law Certificate from the Nigerian Law School, a Call-to-Bar Certificate from the Body of Benchers, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Mass Communication at Delta State University, Abraka.
Dr. Oghenesivbe is a full member of several professional bodies, including the International Institute of Experts on Political Economy and Administration (IIEPEA Canada/Nigeria), Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN),
