Demise of Alhaji Hussaini Idagi: Former Nasarawa Speaker Balarabe Visits Dausu Community to Condole Family, Residents
The Immediate Past Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, has paid a condolence visit to Dausu community in Umaisha, Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, following the death of a respected elder statesman, Alhaji Hussaini Idagi.
Balarabe Abdullahi visited the community on Monday to sympathize with the bereaved family and the entire Dausu community over the loss of the elder statesman.
During the visit, the former Speaker expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Alhaji Idagi, describing his death as a great loss not only to his family but also to the entire community.
He noted that the late Alhaji Hussaini Idagi lived a life of service and wisdom, adding that his passing had created a vacuum that would be difficult to fill.
Balarabe urged the people to accept the loss as the will of Almighty Allah, stressing that death is an inevitable end for every mortal. He encouraged the family and community members to remain steadfast in faith and continue to pray for the repose of the deceased’s soul.
The former Speaker also prayed for Allah’s mercy and forgiveness upon the late Alhaji Hussaini Idagi and asked that he be granted Aljannatul Firdaus.
Community leaders who spoke during the visit expressed appreciation to Balarabe Abdullahi for identifying with them in their moment of grief.
They prayed for Allah’s blessings upon him and his entourage, while special prayers were offered for the deceased and all departed souls.
