WADADA 2027 Youth Coalition Inaugurates State, Zonal Officials in Nasarawa
…Reaffirms Commitment to Youth Mobilisation and Political Participation

The Coalition of Youth Support Group for WADADA 2027 has inaugurated its state and zonal officials in Nasarawa State, signaling a major step in its drive to strengthen youth participation and consolidate support for the WADADA 2027 political agenda.
The inauguration ceremony, held at De 1st Crown Luxury Hotel, Lafia, drew key political stakeholders, youth leaders and government officials from across the state.
The event was presided over by the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State, Hon. Dr. Aliyu Bello, who was represented by the State APC Secretary, Mr. Yarus Daguza, mni.
Declaring the event open, Daguza administered the oath of office to the newly inaugurated officials, charging them to remain committed to the ideals and objectives of the coalition.
The oath-taking session was led by Comrade Jaafar Muhammad Loko, who also spoke on behalf of the newly inaugurated officials.
In his acceptance speech, Loko pledged unwavering commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to them, assuring members of their resolve to work tirelessly toward achieving the coalition’s goals and programmes.
Speaking at the event, Rt. Hon. Shuaibu Sani, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor of Nasarawa State on Youth and Students, delivered a keynote address emphasizing the strategic role of young people in shaping the political and socio-economic future of the state.
Other dignitaries at the event included Hon. Safiyanu Maizuma, Special Adviser to the Governor on Investment and Secretary of the Campaign Council for Nasarawa North Senatorial District, who served as Special Guest of Honour; Hon. Danlami Lawal Maroa, Special Adviser on ICT, who attended as Distinguished Guest; and Hon. Uba Arikya, Deputy Chairman of Lafia Local Government Council, who served as Chief Host.
During the ceremony, the coalition formally adopted its programmes and activities, outlining its strategic roadmap ahead of the 2027 political season.
The event, anchored by Comrade Sadiq Ibrahim Aliyu, ended with a vote of thanks delivered by Rt. Hon. Ovye Waki Abimiku, Deputy Chairman of the Coalition and Chairman of the Organising Committee.
Global Times Nigeria reports that the successful inauguration reflects the coalition’s preparedness to mobilise and engage youths across Nasarawa State, with the aim of ensuring active youth participation in the political process ahead of 2027.
