Alhaji Danjuma Gegu Urges Muslims To Use the Ramadan Season to Pray for Peace in Nigeria

The Kwarbai of Abaji Kingdom – Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Chief Suleiman Abdulhammed has called on Muslims in Nigeria to use the season of the ongoing Ramadan to pray for peace to reign in the Country.

Engineer Suleiman made the call in a chat with a Correspondent of Intelligence News online in Lokoja.

Alhaji Danjuma Gegu, who is the Dan-Isan Koton-Karfe Kingdom and Ongyehu Ogbane of Gegu Beki Kingdom said progress and rapid development is only achievable in an atmosphere of peace, calling on Nigerians to prioritize the peace of the Nation.

The Former Board Member – GYB Hajj Commission and Former Senior Special Assistant to Governor Bello on Political Matters, pointed out that Ramadan is a season to abstain from eating and drinking to enable man commune with Allah, seek His face, study the holy book, among others, calling on Muslims to as well seek for the peace of Allah in Nigeria.

“While we pray, hoping and believe in Allah to grant our desires in this month of Ramadan, I also create the indulgence of all Muslim ummah to as always remember to pray for peace to reign in Nigeria

“When there is peace, progress will be non-negotiable, things will move smoothly, investors from within and outside the Country will be willing to invest in the abundant natural resources Nigeria is blessed with and we will be better for it” he said.

Alhaji Danjuma Gegu wished Nigerians especially Muslim ummah a successful Ramadan and prayed Allah to provide for them always.
