The Ministry of For Local Government And Chieftaincy Affairs, has on behalf of the Kogi State Government, invites the general public to the official presentation of staff of office all the recently graded and upgraded traditional rulers across Kogi State.

Schedule of events: Friday the 4th of March:

The Ata Igala, His Royal Majesty, Matthew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche. The historic event is scheduled to take place on Friday, 4th March 2022 at the Ata Igala’s Palace, Idah, Kogi State beginning at 9.00 am by Governor Yahaya Bello.

Venue: Attah’s palace, Idah.

Saturday the 5th of March;

Presentation of staff of office to all newly graded and upgraded traditional rulers in the state.

Venue: Muhammadu Buhari Square, Lokoja.
