The paramount ruler of igala kingdom, HRM Atta Igala , Matthew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa 11 is to confer on the Director General, National Productivity Center, NPC, Dr Kashim Akor the honorary chieftaincy title of Omachi Ata Igala.
In a letter of notification and conferment of chieftaincy title done by the paramount ruler, says the Director General/ CEO of National Productivity Center, Dr Kashim Akor will be conferred with “Omachi Atta Igala”, as the salutation shall be ‘Wali’ .
Dr Kashim Akor will be honored for his immense contributions to the socio-economic development of igala land, Kogi state and Nigeria at large.
The Director General was at the forefront of both socio-economic, empowerment and entrepreneurial development of the people of igala kingdom, by extension Kogi state and Nigeria at large.
This was in his genuine idea to establish a productive society were by ordinary Nigerians will not only be gainfully employed, but enhance self realization and self sustenance as the basis for an egalitarian society.
