A leading Nigerian Legal luminary, Barrister Labaran Shuaibu Magaji and Mattawalen Toto, has been awarded the Nasarawa State University Keffi, Faculty of Law Leadership Award for his immensely contributions to the welfare and development of Nigerians Students.

The law students however said Mattawalen Toto remain one of the brains behind the numerous support the students are getting in term of support to ease their studies, his annual scholarship grant among others propelled the students community to appreciate their open love to him.

The award was presented to him on Tuesday at his office Abuja during the law students courtesy call on him.

Barr. Magaji, the award winning legal luminary receive the award, with a promised to continue offering scholarship grant to some deserving students across the country for what he described as an impressive performance.

While receiving the award, Barr. Magaji commended the law students for taken their study more serious, adding that he was once a law students just like everyone of them here but through hard work and commitment and taken his study serious he is today a lawyer.

The Mattawalle Toto also thanked the Students for finding him worthy to be presented with an award of excellence despite not knowing the parameter the student used in chosen him and assured of commitment to continue investing in students education at all levels.

According to Mattawalle Toto, “The students are the future leaders and hence to work hard in chasing out Illiteracy which is identify as one of the carnage destroying the nation.

“If you eradicate illiteracy, then hunger, diseases and social vices will be drastically reduced and our society will be a better place.” Barr. Magaji stated.
