As Kogi Council election slated to hold on December 12 announced by the Kogi State Independent Election Commission, All Progressive Congress Party guidelines in the upcoming Council Election to screen qualified Candidate for the position of chairman commenced today.
The former SSA Security, Adavi Local Government, who is the flag bearer and the valid APC Candidate for the Chairmanship Council Election in Adavi LG, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami was successfully screened alongside other APC LG Chairmanship Candidates by the Screening Committee.

The Exercise took place yesterday at the APC State Party Secretariat in Lokoja, the State Capital, which have in attendance all the Chairmanship candidates as nominated by stakeholders in their respective local government.
