Jimoh Fancy Tiamiyu has once again, demonstrated his true love for the residents of Lokoja Local Government Area by distributing foods worth million of naira as part of his support to complements government efforts at this hard time that the world is finding it difficult to survive due to Coronavirus pandemic spread.
Hon. Jimoh is a grassroot politician and philanthropist who is known for adding value to People’s lives in the Lokoja LG and beyond.
According to Jimoh, It is no longer news that the current pandemic ravaging all the economies in the world has rendered systems null, leaving the poor and vulnerable as the hardest hit. Despite the intervention of the Federal Government, millions of Nigerians are still suffering from a lack of basic amenities, and more importantly, an absence of food to eat and this convince him come in and contribute his quota.
He has invested an invaluable amount of money into ensuring that his people do not go hungry during this period, and will enjoy the upcoming Easter period with satisfaction. Hundreds of bags of Rice will be rolled out in batches to residents of Lokoja, alongside many other goodies.
In his words, “Easter is here and some of my people, who have stopped working for weeks, have nothing to eat. In my own little way, I want to ensure that they smile during this celebration. ”
Hon. Jimoh Fancy has and will continue to prove that leadership is not bestowed, but is a natural instinct borne by true servitude to the masses. Lokoja, its environs and Kogi State in genera.
