This piece is to briefly compare the youth friendly incoming Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, with a serial betrayal, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

It’s to state clearly the reasons why Deltans; Obidient and Non Obidient, are earnestly yearning for Sheriff in the forthcoming governorship election slated for next week Saturday, March 11.

Sheriff Oborevwori has never betrayed anyone in the political system since he started his career nearly three decades ago. Yes, he does what he says, a promise keeper, detribalized, reliable and dependable in character, deeds and actions including at work place. He treasures his name and self esteem above precious rubies.

We all know that leadership, especially the office of a governor requires trust. We entrust our state financial and material resources to the Governor who in turn administers same for the good of all. This office MUST NOT be occupied by a greedy man of whatever shape or size.

Oborevwori is a selfless leader, a renowned philanthropist and a giver who practically hate poverty, hardship and low life. He want those around him and indeed all Deltans to live a good life, and this is visible in his Constituency of Okpe Local Government Area where the people daily sing praises of him. He touched lives across the state and counting.

Oborevwori is well known to be detribalized, respected for being a patriotic citizen and a consistent Pan Deltan. There is no criminal records in his nearly thirty years in active politics and public service. Not known to be arrogant, not proud or tasteless in his use of words. He is slow to speak and very brief too. Well focused and goals oriented.

Oborevwori’s country home in Osubi is open to all. It has been so for several decades and counting. He’s a humble gentleman with passion for human capacity and community development. He does what he says and will never make empty promises.

He does not procrastinate and always truthful to a fault. He is a devoted Christian and an ordained elder in Living Faith Church, aka Winners.

Oborevwori does not take acohol, it has been so for decades and counting. He has an amazing retentive memory, smart and well organized. A successful businessman, a lawmaker and the longest serving Speaker since the creation of Delta State. Call him “Mr fix it” and you won’t be wrong, and many more amazing qualities.

On the other hand, we all know the political and work history of his opponent, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress, APC. His life has been a dark tunnel laced with several conspiracy theories.

From negative image during his legal practice in America to his corrupt antecedents as Executive Assistant, Commissioner and Secretary to Delta State Government, Agege is a dogged unscrupulous manipulator. He’s the James Bond of multifaceted sharp practices. It flows in his blood vessels.

Agege dwells in superlative criminal conspiracies, political deception and betrayals. Known largely to have betrayed his two political tutors and godfathers; Chief James Onanefe Ibori and Chief Great Ogboru, both from his Urhobo ethnic nationality in Delta Central Senatorial District.

He deceived Chief Ogboru and climbed throw his structure politically to become the Deputy Senator President and thereafter set the Ogboru’s structure ablaze. He took all loyalists of the Abraka born political general and left him worst than when they met in 2014. Agege’s conscience is completely dead and buried.

At the National Assembly, he was arrested for stealing mace to prevent the foreseeable impeachment of the worst President since Nigeria got Independence in 1960, General Muhammadu Buhari, the dictator, as aptly declared by Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, as per the recent Naira Redesign judgment.

Nigeria is near total collapse today because of the criminal propensity of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege. If Buhari was impeached successfully our country could not have incurred a whopping debt of N77 trillion duly permitted and approved by NASS and Senator Agege and his corrupt cabal. So sad!

Agege brought six projects from the federal government including the Nigeria Law School, but he ensured that all the projects were approved to be established in his home town of Orogun in Ughelli North LGA, leaving seven local government areas to lick their wounds.

He used and dumped seven local government out of eight in Delta Central Senatorial District. Delta Central agreed not to vote Agege on March 11 because of his greed and self centered politics of winner take it all.

Agege’s negative and dubious lifestyle is shameful. Now, he wants to be Governor of Delta State, so as to expand his greed, arrogance, odious pride and primitive accumulation of public funds for himself and few cronies. But eligible voters shall stop him on March 11 with their PVCs.

WHAT TO DO ON MARCH 11.

It’s crystal clear that there is a great world of difference between the humble unifier and Pan Deltan, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori and the grand master of criminal conspiracies, greedy monster, serial betrayal and mace runner, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, of the failed All Progressives Congress, APC.

APC and Buhari ruined Nigeria’s economy and imposed acute insecurity and huge debt of N77 trillion, as well as poverty on our people.

And with criminal bold face, APC cabals led by Jagaban Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Mr President used the most corrupt INEC Chairman in global politics, Prof Mahmoud Yakubu to criminally rigged the 2023 Presidential and National Assembly elections.

We have hope because God is still on His Throne of Grace. If you have God, you have everything. At the end, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will not be President of Nigeria.

The difference is clear. Light is better than Darkness, anywhere, anytime and anyday. Our youth; Obidient and Non Obidient are better informed politically and historically, which is why they decided to align with PDP and the youth friendly incoming Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori.

Come out on Saturday March 11 and say NO to criminal conspirators and unscrupulous election riggers. Those who ruined the economy of Nigeria and mismanaged insecurity, also divided us along ethnic and religious lines. They cannot be trusted with political power. Agege is a major stakeholder in APC failed national government.

You deserve M.O.R.E and M.O.R.E you shall get from May 29, 2023. Oborevwori will listen more, do more and achieve more for; Deltan youth and all Deltans.

Vote PDP, Vote Sheriff Oborevwori for Governor. Vote Monday Onyeme for Deputy Governor and all PDP House of Assembly candidates on March 11.
