Hon. Chief Labaran Shuabu Magaji and the Matawallen Toto Kingdom has felicitated with Muslims faithfuls calling on Nigerians to imbibe togetherness, tolerance and patriotism.

In his Sallah message release by his Chief Press Secretary, Mallam Abba Salisu Maikankan, said the finest law officer felicitated with all Nigerians, especially the Muslims ummah, on the occasion of this year Eid-el-fitr, which marks the completion of the Ramadan fast

Barr. Magaji admonished Muslims to be tolerance, respect one another irrespective of tribe, religion and political learnings in a quest to build a strong and united Nation.

The award winning counsel also used the occasion to commiserate with the victims of the recent kidnap and banditry in his country home, Toto LGC of Nasarawa State. He further stated that the days of those criminal elements tormenting innocent people are number and appealed to all Muslims ummah and Nigerians at large to abide by all the preventive measures and protocol put up by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) with aims of slowing down the spread of novel Coronavirus pandemic.

Magaji who double as board member Nasarawa State University Keffi (NSUK) said observing the precaution measures through constant washing of hands, use of face masks, regular use of hand alcohol base sanitizer and maintaining of social distancing among other things.

Matawallen Toto urged Muslims ummah to sustain the virtues and lessons of Ramadan saying every Muslims is expected put God first and humanity before any other things. “Ramadan period is meant to reinforce people spiritually, therefore, we should use religion teaching as an inspiration to do good all times. “The virtues of the Ramadan should be sustained beyond the celebration, going back to bad ways after the Ramadan might defeat the essence of the message and lessons.”
