Ahead of March 11, 2023 gubernatorial and state house of assembly elections, the incumbent member representing the good people of Toto/Gadabuke state constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Honourable Usman Labaran Shafa is currently touring Gadabuke district in an efforts to appreciate the people of the area for their massive support which gave the governing All Progressives Congress, APC, an upper hand in the just concluded February 25th Presidential and National assembly elections.

Labaran Shafa a flag-bearer of the ruling APC in the March 11 election said he is more equipped with competence, exposure, and wherewithal to consolidate on policies and programs gained during his four years tenure aimed at giving his a people a voice at the floor of the assembly chambers.
“I’m not here to campaign rather thank you all for giving your all to our great party leading to emergence of our brand new President Elect, His Excellency, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu, we are also here to informed ourselves about the tasks ahead of us coming on March 11, 2023.”
Hon Usman Labaran Shafa and his Campaign team visited Tashara, Gombye, Majaga community to solicit for their support ahead slated poll.
The campaign train had the Toto LG APC Chairman, Hon Ahmed Shuaibu, Toto LG Deputy Chairman, Hon Abubakar Kwanaki and other party’s stalwarts canvassed support for all APC Candidates.
Addressing supporters, the APC Chairman urged the good people of Gwargwada, Tashara, Gombe and Majaga units to massively vote APC come March, 11, noted that Governor Abdullahi Sule for Governor and Hon. Usman Labaran Shafa for House of Assembly should be their direction on the day of election.
The Councillor representating Gwargwada ward, Hon Yunusa D, also informed the people that come March 11 is for their son and brother Hon Usman Labaran Shafa and Gov. AA Sule that they should not make mistake of voting for any party.
The youths leader Mr. Moh’d Musa thanked Hon Usman Labaran and his campaign train for visiting the community while outlining the achievements benefitted from the lawmaker, he said we’re highly grateful for having you at the helm of affairs.
” We have been starving for long but with you coming as a lawmaker, you drilled borehole for us at Gombye community”.
“You donate a new engine to our neighboring village and a secure appointments to some of our youths”.

“Construction of road from Gadabuke development area to Gwargwada ward by the state government”.
“Let me assure you on behalf of the community women, youths and elders that we are going to vote enmass for you, I mean expect block vote from our community ” he said.
In his response Hon Usman Labaran Shafa thanked the community for the reception accorded to him and his entourage urge the inhabitants to continue to support Gov. AA Sule led administration.
