ENGR. AMSHI CHARGES SERVICOM ON SERVICE DELIVERY.

The Executive Chairman of the National Assembly Service Commission, Engr. Ahmed Kadi Amshi has changed the Service Compact for all Nigerians (SERVICOM, NASC Unit) to brace up to the task of ensuring that the Commission lived up to the expectation of providing efficient service to Nigerians. He made the charge while receiving officials of the NASC Unit of SERVICOM in his Office. He told the Unit that Nigerians had high expectations of efficient and effective service delivery to them and that the Commission cannot afford to fail in meeting such expectations.

“You have the responsibility to ensure that every Department, Division or Unit of the Commission acts promptly on every matter presented to them. That means you.should ensure that files are not unnecessarily delayed on any desk.. Service should be rendered and seen to be properly rendered to our stakeholder”‘ he advised.
Engr Amsbi further enjoined the Unit to come up with the list of working materials required for smooth operation of the Unit, assuring that the Commission would provide every support needed to make them succeed.

Nodal Officer of SERVICOM in the Commission, Mr. Kingsley Chioke briefed Engr Amshi on the activities of the Unit since inauguration on 12th July, 2023. He told the NASC boss that the Unit would soon undergo an induction programme to equip members with the necessary knowledge and skills with which to kick off their work. The Secretary to the Commission, Mr L. U Ikharo, also admonished the Unit to ensure that no stone was left unturned in an effort to serve the stakeholders adequately.
