Ex-NBA vice chairman, Monday Ubani loses father

Ex-2nd Vice Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Chairman, NBA section on Public Interest and Development Law, Dr. Monday Ubani has lost his father, Pa Ubani Egbedubi Nwokocha.
The late Pa Ubani Nwokocha who was popularly known as Egoro, passed on at the age of 101 at Lagos state but his remains has been taken to Abia, his home state for arrangement on interment which will be announced later by the family.
Dr. Monday Ubani who was his only son, confirmed the death of his father in a statement issued to journalists in Umuahia, on Friday.
According to the renowned human right lawyer in the statement, “his beloved father lived a fulfilled life and will be greatly missed by relations , friends, neighbors, grand children and villagers.
“Burial arrangement will be announced later in the year by the family”.
