FCT Polls: Youth Group Donates Campaign Office To Abaji APC Chairmanship Candidate

Youth under the umbrella of Undisputed Naharati Youth Campaign Association on Friday donated a campaign office to the All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship candidate for the February 12, 2022 council election in Abaji area council, Hon Muhammad Angulu Loko.
Speaking while handing over the campaign office located at Naharati in Abaji, along the Abuja-Lokoja highway, the chairman of the youth group, Abdullahi Adamu, said the group decided to source funds among themselves to erect the campaign office and donated it to the chairmanship candidate in the area.
He said the gesture was borne out of the youth of Naharati and Kpokpolobi’s desire to support the APC chairmanship candidate in winning the February 12, 2022 council election, even as he noted that the chairmanship candidate had carried the youth along during his first tenure in 2006.

According to him, the chairmanship candidate had during his first tenure empowered the youth, payment of students scholarships for both indigenes and non-indigenes of the council studying across various tertiary institutions in the country.
He assured that the chairmanship candidate of the youth group supported, adding that the group will ensure it mobilized eligible voters across Naharati and Kpokpolobi in the area for the chairmanship candidate to emerge victorious at the polls.
The APC vice chairmanship candidate, Hon Adamu Maman Gana, who performed the commissioning of the campaign, appreciated the youth group for the love and support they have shown to the APC and the chairmanship candidate in donating the campaign office.
He described the youths as leaders of tomorrow while urging them to continue to remain firm and resolute in defense of justice at all times.
He said one of the top priorities of the incoming administration of the council after emerging victorious, shall be youth and women empowerment, saying the youth are the face of every society, as they should be accorded utmost attention.
On his part, the APC chairmanship candidate, Hon Muhammad Angulu Loko, while appreciating the youth group for donating the campaign office, donated an undisclosed sum of money to equip the campaign.
Our correspondent report that highlights the event was a drama presentation by another youth group under the umbrella of MC Omeiza Youth Group, were depicted the drama on how the APC chairmanship candidate won the chairmanship primaries held on April 23, 2021.
