The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kogi State, Hon. (Barr.) Muhammed Tanko Musa while receiving the State executive council member of APC, Hon. John D. Anjorin (JP) who had come to appreciate what God has done for his friend who just left office less than a month ago, but however by the grace of God returned by the Governor as SSA on LG & Chieftaincy Affairs, said Barr. Tanko is going forward and he is very optimistic that he would work closely with the Hon. Commissioner in Ministry to bringing his experience to bear as well to catch up on the activities of the Ministry.
In his brief remarks, Barr. Tanko said, “we are part of the social-economic team that has been charged with responsibility in ensuring growth, development and stability in our State.
Gov Yahaya Adoza Bello, has a lot of confidence that we can do this. We are working for the State and for the benefit of the citizens of our State.
Recalled Gov Bello has appointed Barr. Tanko to offer him professional advise on LG & Chieftaincy Affairs two weeks after expiration of his tenure as Chief Administrator of Kogi LGA.
Before his new appointment, Tanko was the former NBA Chairman Lokoja branch, DG campaign for Alhaji Yahaya Bello in 2014/2015 representing Lokoja/Kogi federal Constituency and Chief Administrator of Kogi LG. .
Tanko also held several critical positions in the past including in politics, private organization and among others.
