Rt.Hon Idris Ndako member representing lokoja ll state constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, on Thursday received the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chairmanship Candidate Hon. Muhammed Dansebe Muhammed and all Councillorship candidates from various wards across Lokoja LGA.
Hon. Muhammed Dansebe Muhammed who is the immediate past Administrator of Lokoja LG led the Councillorship candidates on appreciation and solidarity visit to the lawmaker over his fatherly role during the consensus process which led to their emergence.
Hon. Dansebe noted that the role of Hon. Ndako in the emancipation of the party in Lokoja LGA, can not be overemphasized and hence there presence at his residence to show open appreciation in view of his tireless efforts to see the party under one unity house.
According to Dansebe, the essence of their visit was to seek for a leadership advice and blessing from Hon. Idris Ndako after successful screening at the State party Secretariat Lokoja.
The hopeful Executive Chairman of Lokoja LG pledged total loyalty and assured to do their best in bringing unity and progress to host LG if elected.
Also speaking, Hon Adamu Yusuf (Adoga) appreciated the lawmaker for his leadership acumen and assured him of their prayer, support and loyalty especially working in uniform to bring the desire change in the council.
In his remark, the Deputy Majority leader and member representing Lokoja II State constituency, Hon. Idris Ndako thanksled the Executive Governor of kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for given them a formidable teams to fly the party ticket in the forthcoming December Council poll.
The lawmaker charged them to put the interest of their people first and works for their wellbeing as to have a successful tenure.
He assured them of his support in ensuring that he will rally round then to ensure their victory in the December council poll.
“I urge you all to be prepare, strategize and win the forthcoming December election,” Ndako noted.
A statement by Prince Abdullahi Oberewa, SA on media to the deputy majority leader said the event had in attendance some notable party executives led by its Lokoja Chairman, Mallam Maikurdi Bature and host of others.
