“I shall Build On Good Legacies Of Outgoing Chairman.” – Says Abaji APC Chairmanship Candidate.
By Sadiq Abubakar, Abuja.
The Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the February 12, 2022 election in Abaji area council, Hon Muhammad Angulu Loko, has said that he will build on good legacies of the outgoing chairman of the council, Hon Abdulrahman Ajiya if he is given the mandate.
Hon Loko, while addressing a mammoth crowd at a campaign rally southeast of the council on Monday, said the APC-led administration under the leadership of Hon Ajiya, has performed credibly well across all sectors that have impacted positively on the lives of the good people of Abaji area council.

He said his administration shall give more attention to massive infrastructural development, youth/women empowerment, and welfare, which he said are part of the cardinal objectives of the present APC administration under the leadership of Hon Abdulrahman Ajiya.
He, however, stressed the need for the youth to continue to go round all the nook and crannies of the council to mobilize more support into the party’s fold, even as he said he was overwhelmed with the support of women given to him across the council.
The chairmanship candidate, who was so elated with the larger turnout of the mammoth crowd, expressed confidence in his victory at the polls, saying ” We shall beat them 10-0 across the ten political wards God willing come February 12, 2022,” he said.
He further assured that his administration shall operate an open door, where every individual shall be accorded attention especially on issues that will enhance peace, unity, and rapid development of the council.
Our correspondent report that the campaign rally witnessed the defection of some top members of the opposition People Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the area.
