…..Pledges massive mobilization of voters for APC flag bearer.

Serving and former leaders from Zone B in Koton-karfe, Kogi local government area of the State under the podium of All Progressives Congress, APC, have met to finalized their political direction as regards to the upcoming gubernatorial election in Kogi State.

Barrister Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku, Executive Chairman Kogi State Civil Service Commission and critical stakeholder from the area said the recent meeting was part of ongoing concerted efforts by leaders of Kogi LG to speak in one voice and as well produced a bloc vote that will placed All Progressives Congress, APC, and it’s candidate in a landslide victory against opposition parties.

The civil service boss said the entire Zone B stakeholders have consider and met with other leaders and prospective voters have agreed to support the candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.

Barr Tanko noted that people of Zone B strongly believed that Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo is eminently qualified and has what it takes to lead the lead the state and as well continue from Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, the award winning security and infrastructurally recognized governor in Nigeria.

Tanko who formerly served as Administrator of Kogi LG said the indigenes of Kogi LG people particularly those from Zone B have decided to work together and appealed to kogites from other LGAs to follow suit so that they will not be left out in this historic political sojourn.

His words: “To whom much is given, much is expected, Kogi LG has achieved hugely and there is need to form alliance of victory.

In a separate remarks, immediate past member who represented Kogi/Koton-karfe constituency, Hon Muhammed Abubakar Tanko Okofi, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Special Duties to the Governor, Hon Rilwan Adamu Bala Ette, Hon Mohammed Asio and LG Party Chairman, Hon Abubakar Onah asserted Zone B is stronger and eagerly waiting for the time to lead in APC victory.

According to them, they will engaged in massive mobilization of voters in the nooks and crannies of Zone B axis of Kogi LG to ensure the area sustain her winning strength.

Highpoint of the event, the group applauded the APC leadership for unity of purpose as shown over the years, while the meeting had in attendance both serving and former leaders including party executives, stalwarts from ward, LG and state levels.
