Kogi Guber: Lokoja APC launches Campaign council, Appoints Fancy Tiamiyu As DG

Ahead of Kogi State Governorship election slated for November 11, 2023, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Lokoja chapter, has appointed a grassroot politician and business mogul, Jimoh-Fancy Tiamiyu as Campaign Director – General.
The party said appointment of Tiamiyu shows how committed they are to deliver in the forthcoming election in the State.
The Director-General Lokoja APC Campaign Council, Hon Jimoh-Fancy Tiamiyu said the time has come play real politicking which he said will required support of all to succeed.
Timiayu was addressing a horde of Lokoja APC supporters who attended the just concluded Flagoff campaign rally for Ododo/Joel 2023 held at Muhammadu Buhari Square Lokoja, Kogi State capital, where thousands of party supporters where attendance.
The successful businessman cum politician explained that being a Director-General Campaign his role is to spearhead and coordinate activities, noting he needed support of all to enable him succeed just as they did during GYB/CEDO first and second tenure.
Tiamiyu who specifically single out youths and women of Lokoja as his strength, adding that will soon meet them to design a plate that will aid their success at the poll.
Global Times Nigeria reports that the new Campaign Director General for Lokoja LG, Hon Tiamiyu was accompany to the venue by over 300 APC supporters in solidarity with his new office.
“I have been appointed as Lokoja LG chapter APC campaign DG, my new job is a very sensitive one, with God and your support we shall deliver just we did it during first and second tenure of GYB/CEDO.”
Speaking on APC candidate, Jimoh-Fancy Tiamiyu said Ahmed Usman Ododo is an household name, who was part of this government and had garner more administrative experience that will assist him in run affairs of the State if elected Governor.
According to him, Ododo will come and build on the solid foundation laid by Governor Yahaya Bello, he expressed confidence that APC guber candidate will win the slated election.
