The MD/CEO, Kogi Investment & Properties LTD, Hajia Aishat Suleiman alongside, the Board of Directors held a maiden meeting on Tuesday, in Lokoja, Kogi state, since the handing over of Confluence Beach Hotel to Capital Boutique LTD.
The meeting became essential to deliberate on way forward for the success of the project with the allotted time frame, and have a review of the agreement.
The Board while on a visit to the site to have a close inspection at the level and effect of the flood on the Hotel property, reaffirmed their commitment to proffer an everlasting solution to the ravaging flood which has become an annual occurrence.
Hajia Aishat Suleiman who was in company of the Board of Directors, also with the Investors to Confluence Beach Hotel pledged the Government unalloyed support to the investors, promising them fairgrounds in order to achieve a better goal for the overall benefits of Kogi State.
It could be recalled that Kogi Investment & Properties LTD in their quest to transform the state into an economic hub of the Nation, under the leadership of his Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, One of the properties of Kogi state which has suffered neglection for over years, Confluence Beach Hotel before it was properly handed over to the Capital Boutique LTD earlier this year.
