Ahead of the December 12 local government election in Kogi State, the State Independent Electoral Commission has appointed Electoral Officers and Assistant Electoral Officers in the 21 Local Government Areas to spearhead electoral activities in the Councils.
A statement from Modupe Adegboro, PRO, SIEC. Said the Chairman of the Commission, Mamman Nda Eri stated that the service of the appointees would last from September to December; the period of the election.
It further revealed that terms and conditions of their engagement would be communicated to them on assumption of duty.
The following Electoral Officers who have been served their letters have reported at their various Local Government Councils.
