An initiative that is anchored on shifting attention from petroleum and developing other sectors of the economy to address the monumental hardships Nigerians are facing through economically and otherwise.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, His Excellency, High Chief. Dr. Muhammed Musa Maikaya and (Ciroman Toto) made the statement on Thursday while delivering his remarks during the Launch of the Book “INSIDE TOMATO, THE ROLE OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABLE TOMATO PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA” authored by Comr Idris Ojoko, Media Aide to the Honourable Minister of State for Science and Technology, Abuja and who double as Chairman National Youth Council of Nigeria, Nasarawa State chapter.
The renowned Philanthropist and Humanitarian Advocate commended the Author for the innovative ideas captured in the literature which obviously defines the modern techniques of tomato farming, it’s preservation, consumption as well as the business initiative aimed at improving the economy of Nigeria and Nigerians for better livelihood.
Dr. Maikaya, apart from venturing into politic is equally a well established and successful farmer managing the MAIKAYA FARMS LTD, urging the youths at all levels to embrace agriculture in order to make meaningful impact on the growth and development of the country in general.
