Mother’s death: Chairman Kogi State civil Service Commission condoles Alhaji Danjuma Gegu

The Executive Chairman of Kogi State Civil Service Commission, Barr. Muhammed Musa Tanko Osuku on Wednesday condoled with former Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Abdulhameed Danjuma Gegu, over the passing of his mother, Hajiya Salamatu Aliyu.
Alhaji Musa Tanko who is the former Chief Administrator of Kogi local government area of the State was companied by some of his aides who arrived at Gegu Beki at exactly 7:48 am and met hundreds of mourners preparatory for the burial of late Mama Salamatu.

The Kogi State Civil Service boss was received and ushered into the family house by the chief mourner, whom he referred to as his friend and brother, Alhaji Abdulhammed Danjuma Gegu, who led him straight to the room to offer prayer for the lifeless body of late Mama Salamatu for the Almighty Allah to grant her eternal rest.
“I have come to Gegu Beki specifically to express heartfelt sympathy to the family and entire Gegu community on the passing of Hajiya Salamatu Aliyu.”
“I know how painful for one to lose a love one, such pain is unimaginable especially when it has to do with a mother, father, son, or close family member.”
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Mama eternal rest, forgive her shortcoming and reward her with Aljanah Firdaus.
The legal icon also used the opportunity to interact with his people, political associates, friends, family members, and political appointees.
Barr. Tanko also joins family members and sympathizers to perform a spiritual placing of a corpse at the family house in Gegu.
