Nasarawa State House of Assembly led by the Speaker, Rt Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdulahi on Tuesday sent their condolences to the Nasarawa State Government, Nasarawa United Football Club and the entire people of the state over the death of Martins Chineme an ace defender of Nasarawa United FC.
Speaker Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi emphasized that the entire members of the state assembly are deeply touched with the demise of the outstanding defender describing his demise as colossal urging the family to take solace in God.
The members during their day sitting paid last respect to the deceased and observed a minute silence in his honour.
Recalled that the Jessy no 20 defender of Nasarawa United Football Club lafia Martins Chineme slumped and died on the pitch at lafia Township Stadium over the weekend in a match with Katsina United that Nasarawa United won 3-0.
